iPhone 6+ Call Noise After Drop

My friend has an iPhone 6+ that I bought for her about a year ago. On Friday, she dropped the phone while shopping. In addition to putting a web of cracks on the screen, she now gets a ton of static when calling Poland (her native country), but local calls are fine. She didn't have this issue before the drop. I'm wondering if the cellular radio got damaged in the drop and maybe it affected one of the bands (not sure which one is used in Poland). Any ideas?
