So when I open my camera it shows a triangle with a exclamation point where the flash is supposed to be but it goes away afer a sec after opening it. Only happened to me twice today.

This is typically a warning that the flash is disabled because it has become too hot from use. Have you been using the flash over extended periods of time (e.g. as the flashlight)?
If you haven't been using it, there's either a software defect (maybe try restoring phone to factory settings) or a hardware issue, and you ought to take to Apple.
