EXACTLY what I was going to say. You can't go wrong with Hello Kitty.
Disney character cases are popular with women. I got my wife a leopard-pattern case - leopard is her thing. EVERYthing is leopard with her. If your wife has a signature color or pattern there are a plethora of options.
