If anyone could recommend a slim iPhone 6 case that is very easy to put on and to remove, I would appreciate it. I normally don't use a case but want to have one for certain situations (since the 6 is more slippery than previous versions). I also don't want the case to can scratch the phone, which has happened to me in the past with other cases.

I'm the same way. Have almost always gone naked with past iPhones after bad experiences with cases scratching up the phone. I have a phobia now about putting a hard plastic on my phone. With the 6 I run it naked about half the time and when I need a case for things like work, I have really become fond of the Apple leather. It feels awesome as the leather gets really soft and looks good. Love the dark blue on my silver phone. It's slim enough and most importantly I feel confident that it won't scratch the phone with a felt interior and leather on the sides. Very easy on/off as that is a requirement for me as well. I tried a bunch when I got the phone and the Apple was by far and away the winner for my needs and likes. It's overpriced for sure but I would buy another in a heartbeat if I had to.

Incipio feather case. Great texture, slim, shock layer, doesn't scratch the phone when you remove it.

The Spigen Ultra Hybrid goes on and comes off without any trouble.

Stay away from the Speck Candyshell. That thing is a tight fit.

Tech21 cases are reasonably slim and easy to put on and take off. The soft TPU isn't going to scratch your iPhone. I reviewed the Tech21 Tactical for iPhone 6+ recently, and the version for the 6 is very similar--better, in fact. (I prefer its fit):

Good luck!

If you are more worried about scratches than drops, maybe a skin will be better. I used dBrand on my Nexus 5 because I hated how easily the soft touch material would scratch or absorb fingerprints. I ended up going caseless on it because the Carbon Fiber material felt so nice to hold.

The magpul field case is also easy to remove. It has a good grip and feels secure but comes off without problem.

Agreed on Magpul easy removal. I have that, plus a couple Zoogue Social Pros and the Apple leather case. All easy to remove and easy to swap.
