Yes, I just posted in another thread about it. I went with their case for the 5s after searching high and low for a good ultra thin. It worked out great and their customer service is fantastic, so I got the Veil for my new 6. So far loving it. Fit is nice and tight just like the one for my 5s

I just got mine as well. I, too, had the Caudabe for my 5S and this is the first case I bought for my new 6 (and possible the only). This and the Spigen Air Skin are pretty much the cream of the crop for these thin cases, although the Caudabe is just ever so slightly even thinner than the Spigen from my own very unscientific feel test.

What kind of material is it? Is it soft TPU or like plastic?

It's a hard plastic that's more flexible than your usual hard plastic case. It actually feels pretty flimsy in the hand. But when you put it on your phone, it wraps around very tightly and adds a nice feel to the phone, in my opinion.

Here are some pics of my silver iphone 6 in a Caudabe Veil Frost. In the last 2 shots, there is a gold iphone 6 without a case and the silver with the Veil is on the right. I love the case for what it is. It is going to offer protection from scratches and make me feel comfortable placing it on any surface without losing any of the original naked look.

Looks awesome, thanks for these. Now they just need to hurry up and release the 6 Plus version!

Does this have a front lip for lay on the table protection? I actually seem to be one of the few people who don't want a lip. Also does the camera now sit flush with this case on?

Not sure how to describe this other than to say that it wraps around the front a very tiny bit by necessity. But does it have a lay on table design? No. Unless you count a fraction of a millimeter a lay on table design.

Having it on definitely makes the camera stick out less but the camera still sticks out.

Thanks for the pictures. Any of you has wisp version of this case?

There is no lip. When I lay the phone screen down, the screen touches the table. And no, unfortunately the case is thinner than the camera protrusion so the camera still touches the table.

Very sleek! Does anyone know if this is the same as the Shumuri case?

They're made out of the same material I think, but I believe the Shumuri wraps around the bottom too. I considered the Shumuri but don't feel comfortable buying from a small brand I've never heard of that's based in Hong Kong. I have been burned too many times with knockoffs and bad customer service that I would rather deal with someone over here in the US and with whom I actually have experience. Caudabe has been great about warranty replacements for my 5S Veil and I'm sure I will need it again. These thin cases will wear out over time.

I was going to make a review thread but I might as well add my review here.

I wanted a near naked feel for the iPhone 6 so I looked at several options including a few of the big names that started making super thin cases. However, they were either lacking coverage on the top or the button cutouts seemed really off. In the end I ordered from a company I bought from before and showed really good customer service in the past (see the iPhone 5/5S thread on it).

The packaging was the same as before. Simple and clean.
The case feels really thin right out of the box and if you have never used a thin case like this you will be really amazed at how well it fits the iPhone.

The fit is as perfect as it can get. There is no wiggle room or give anywhere on the case. The button cutouts are excellent. Overall, you can see by the pictures that this is well made and has precise cutouts. The feel is great, adding maybe the slightest amount of grip. Because this case is so thin, it still allows me to insert the phone in sleeves that I plan to purchase (did this with the iPhone 5S without any problems)

This case is for people who want to have an extra layer of security in terms of scratch prevention without compromising the size or look of the phone. If you want drop protection this case is not for you. I hope they come out with other options as well like they have for the iPhone 5/5S that can appease those who want some drop protection. If they do, I'll be sure to order it.

I included photos of both Veil Frost and Veil Wisp on my wife's gold iPhone 6. Unfortunately my space gray phone is not here yet so for now, you can see both colors on her gold 6.

Thanks for the pictures.

It seems like the front lip looks noticeable. Are you able to feel the round edges during swiping with the case on or will the lip touch your thumb?

can someone post up the frost version on a space grey iPhone 6?

i had one for my 5S, great customer service and warranty replacements. they definitely go the extra mile for you. only issue i have is their prices seem a little high for what it is and the cases deteriorate and chip/crack over time and abuse because they are so thin. i think I'm still gonna pick one up for my 6 though. love their products.

Great pics!
The only tiny, tiny nit I can pick is that I would have preferred to have separate cutouts for each volume button, like the Spigen Air Skin. Otherwise, this is exactly the type of case I'm looking for. Thanks for posting the pics.

The lip is not noticeable. I was trying to get a photo of it but had a hard time getting it in focus. It doesn't get in the way of swiping at all. If you are asking if it can help when placing the phone screen down, I don't think it does (like someone mentioned above). it's about 1 mm raised compared to the tapered edge but if I were to compare to the center of the screen, my guess is it is flush.

iPhone 6 - Caudabe Veil

Very sleek! Does anyone know if this is the same as the Shumuri case?

It is very similar to the Shumuri. I had the Veil for my 5S and now a Shumuri Slim Case for my 6. Made from the exact same material. The Veil however does not protect the bottom of the iPhone. The Shumuri case on the other hand provides 360 degrees protection, all sides are protected.

They're made out of the same material I think, but I believe the Shumuri wraps around the bottom too. I considered the Shumuri but don't feel comfortable buying from a small brand I've never heard of that's based in Hong Kong. I'm sorry but you're wrong to judge them just because they're based in Hong Kong. The quality of the Shumuri case is excellent, the exact same quality as Caudabe's The Veil. And their customer service is superb. They're very friendly and reply to emails very fast and they always try to be as informative as possible in their replies.

I also don't want a lip. The Spigen Air Skin is a great case, but you do just barely feel the lip. Apparently the Shumuri does not, however. According to others, it stops where the aluminum stops. Probably a good choice for both of us.

Awesome, I just got my iPhone 6 today and didn't realize the Caudabes were out already. My husband and I both had their Veil for our old iPhones and we swear by them!
