iPhone 6 Curved glass display.

Well bloody hell.

Sonny Dickson's a well informed chap, and Apple does have a patent for curved displays, AND has a working sapphire factory that could mass produce these in huge numbers.

This ought to get a few whistles blowing!
 
If apple would use sapphire for the screen, there is zero chance for a curved screen.

The only curved parts I see are the edges. The glass rolls off the sides so it's nice and smooth. Looks pretty similar to the edge of the Lumia 920 screen as I compare mine to the picture.
 
Totally agree with you, this is one wild speculation. Curved glass display please - NO :D

Seriously, for years they try to convince us how great flat TV are, now they say hey, look at these curve TVs! Is not even a fad. They have no real new stuff to sell.
 
Wait, is that convex? What would be the benefit of that? Aside from looking silly.
 
This would be bad because it would mean the phone is thicker then expected..
