iPhone 6+ Display and Camera model names

Hello.

I have found several Bill Of Materials articles stating the cost of the display and camera on the 6+, but nowhere, not even on ifixit could I find the exact name of the display and camera model.

Does anyone know their exact model names?

And have they been used elsewhere already, like on Android phones and such?

Found the camera model: Sony Exmor RS ISX014, from late 2012.
