iphone 6 error 4013 itunes

I changed the battery and screen of my iPhone then when I turn it on it comes to the apple for a few seconds and it restarts I read that I could repair it with iTunes I tried it and it throws me the error 4013, I read that I tried without screen, without front camera and several more and nothing stay the same, I hope you can help me
