Okay, I know that Apple is holding their iPhone 6 event on Spetember 9. I was just wondering, what time does the event start and will Apple be live streaming it? Thanks in advance!

Same time as every other year. 10AM PST/1PM EST. Also, there is a countdown ticker on the home page.

If Apple does stream the event there will be clickable here in 1 of the bottom 4 squares and you'll need Safari 5 (min. requirement for Windows Safari 5 link) or AppleTv will have a Special event channel will be posted ....

10am pst / 1pm est on Tuesday 9/9/14

For the last 2 streams the Windows link was MIA Or it later said it wasn't compatible... I wouldn't depend on it. An Apple device is the only sure fire way to stream it

If you really can't stream it there's other ways around it - for example people do a stream of a stream (yes) of the event on sites like ustream.

I'll be stuck at work relying on Engadget's live blog. Our work computers don't believe in Safari or Quicktime, and stream sites are blocked. Damn government computers.

I'll watch the Apple TV version sometime later though.

If it's not going to be live steamed, I will probably watch the CNET blog. I hope Apple does stream the event tho, I really want to watch it :)

Does anyone know how quickly after the even that the video of it goes on-line (not the stream).

The even is on at 3am my time so.... I want to know if I can probably catch it at 6am.

It's usually a couple of hours later, it appears on Apples event page.

I need to go out just after it starts. Not particularly happy about that, but there you go.

Say I fire up the stream on my Apple TV and then pause it, will I be able to unpause and watch it as soon as I come home 2 hrs later? There will just be a massive buffer right?

Or will it disappear some time after the event ends?

Apple just officially announced it will live stream the Sept. 9th event. at 10 A.M. PDT.

Great. Now can anybody answer my question?

I don't know about the pausing thing but Apple typically uploads the video to their site after so if you can't watch it like you mentioned then just go to their site and watch it from there.

Yeah but sometimes they don't post it til nearly midnight here and I could do with getting in bed before 2am
