iPhone 6 Fluctuating Contrast Taking Video

I'm having an issue with my iPhone 6 constantly adjusting the contrast while shooting video. Check out this sample and watch the color/brightness of the grass and concrete (ignore the quality as it's compressed). Is this a firmware glitch or is this inherent to the camera? Is anyone else seeing this?
