iPhone 6 has better smudge/fingerprint resistance

Has anyone else noticed that the iPhone 6 seems to be much more resistant to smudges and fingerprints than the iPhone 5/5s? I rarely have to wipe the prints off my iPhone 6 with my shirt anymore. Maybe it's just because it's a new phone with a fresh oleophobic coating.

People ask this every year but it's the fresh coating compared to the worn one.

Yea I mean I'm pretty sure the screen is made from the same material is the 5/5S so there shouldn't be a difference

wish it had improved fingerprint coating. I think I clean my screen w a soft cloth once a week.

Ah got it, thanks. I noticed the Touch ID is an awesome fingerprint magnet though :-D
