We ordered from ATT. Can we exchange it for a new one? Do we have to do it all online or could we go into a store and get a new one. Thanks. Also, does it have to be an ATT store we get the new one from or could we get one from best buy or staples and it would work right?

I love apple and they got 3 of our phones right though.
