Hi. I have a friend that got his iPhone 6 from Dubai a couple years back. But the phone has no FaceTime. He has no moved to canada. And there is no way to FaceTime him. Would a restore fix this issue?

So I don’t think there’s anything that can be done unless your friend buys a new iPhone from a country in which FaceTime is supported.

Dam. Only way is to jail real the phone I guess even then. He’s on iOS 11.4.1. So it’s not possible
