Kindle Touch as my favorite reading device. They're very similar in size. It's not an iPad replacement by any means, but it's a great Kindle reading device. Not having e-paper is a negative, but I've always liked the responsiveness of a iOS touchscreen, and putting in nighttime reading mode does help reduce eyestrain.

Maybe this will help someone who's on the fence in deciding which one to get.

I've done some light reading on the 6+, nothing in-depth yet but I can see this possibly being my go to device for reading, though I think the larger iPad mini may work well.

My 6 plus has replaced my MacBook Pro. Since I got my 6 plus two days ago I haven't even opened my MacBook except to hook it to my tv to watch movies. Also replaced my 4S :p
