iPhone 6(S)/Plus iPhone 6+ IOS 11 not displaying names on text messages

Has anyone notice that since they upgraded to 11.4 that Messages shows phone numbers and not names. I've googled it and don't see any recent reports. I've rebooted, turned off short names then turned them back on and a couple of other suggestion with no change.

Any ideas?
