Hi I own a Iphone 6+ and soon to be apple watch user, i was wondering if the apple watch works with ios 8.1.1 (12B436)if not, would it be possible to upgrade to ios 8.2? If so can you please provide a link to it?

Unfortunately no you need to have 8.4 but fortunately there is a jailbreak for that but unfortunately again it's not being signed by Apple anymore. So you'll have to update to 9.1 to use your  Watch and wait for that to be jailbroken.
