iPhone 6/iOS 8 strobe lights on notifications?

I just picked up my new iPhone 6 at the AT&T store today (only had to wait 15 minutes or so! Crowds had died down by late afternoon), and I'm fairly satisfied so far (upgrade from iPhone 1st gen). However with that said, upon a text notification the flashlight strobes and I can't find the setting to turn it off. Anyone know how to turn this off?

Settings> General> Accessibility> scroll down to 'hearing' and turn off LED Flash for Alerts
