Iphone 6/ iOS 8 Video Streaming on AT&T Over LTE Quality 10/10??

So maybe i am just noticing this since i got my 6plus, but i have also been using iOS since the beta was released back in June(yes i have a developer account)

What i have noticed is that streaming over LTE is top quality and not just on WIFI anymore. Is this something AT&T changed or iOS 8?

I'd be interested in this as well.

Have you always gotten top quality speeds on LTE in your area? (otherwise it might simply be AT&T upgrading/adding more towers)

yes, have gotten 45mbps+ since 2011ish on AT&T here.
