First question: what is the quickest route to getting an iPhone 6/6+ onto an MVNO?

I'm thinking:
- T-Mo phone
- activated on their "Simple Choice" $50 plan for 40 days
- unlock

Is there a better way? I'm currently an AT&T MVNO user, and I want to keep my plan and service.

I don't think you have to activate a TMobile phone, do you? Can't u just pop in your current sim and go? Not sure but I thought they were unlocked out of the box if you got the from Apple?

Verizon version will be unlocked for any carrier like all iPhones but 4S which is only for intl use.

So to use a carrier like Straight Talk, on the AT&T network, I should purchase the T-Mobile version? I'm currently on Verizon, but want to switch and am willing to pay the small ETF that I've got going.

This is how it's always been in the past, but I suppose it could change.

You can also read more on T-mobile's forums, where they say the same thing.
