Iphone 6 keeps saying "starting workout"

Anyone else have their Iphone6 that will say "starting workout" and the voice over option isn't on?? It is really bugging me. Thanks
 
This kind of reminds me of the Southpark episode Shake weight.. what's your 6 trying to tell you?? Sorry, I couldn't help myself ..
