iPhone 6 lighting port issue. Would they repair or replace?

I have a brand new iPhone 6. When I woke up in the morning, every time I woke my iPhone or moved it, it kept on making the charging noise because it kept disconnecting and reconnecting. I tried a different wire and have the same problem so it is the port itself not the wire.

Would they try to repair it or just give me a new one. I don't want them to open and change parts on my new phone. I would rather return it and buy a new one.
