My Iphone 6 mute switch suddenly stopped working. I bought the phone through Verizon and have their insurance, but my apple warranty is also still valid since I've had the phone less than a year. Should I take the phone to Verizon, or Apple? I'm leaning towards Apple, but I don't want my Verizon insurance to be invalid because I went through Apple instead of them.
 
The insurance usually has some sort of deductible, you're better off with Apple at the moment. I don't know of that insurance covers your phone after 1 the year mark but at this point as mentioned you're better off with Apple :)
