Hi guys,
A friend of mine recently bought an iPhone 6. For some reasons she has severe problems with the service, i.e. no service at all. However, this problem only persists when she restores the phone from the backup. She already went to the Apple Store to have her device exchange but the problem still remains.
When she makes a factory reset, the phone runs without any problems. Is there a way to fix that? It seems to have something to do with the backup, but obviously she wants to use the backup because of all her data etc.
