Right out of the box....layed the iPhone 6+ on a my desk which is completely 100% flat and leveled.

Seems there is a slight bent on the unit. Visually, I can't see it...

Everything else seem perfect thus far and when placed into the Apple Silicone case, all seems well.

Anyone else noticed this as well?

okay thanks for verifying it is coming out of the box this way. 3 others in a thread above are having the same issue. it show this is a batch issue and not the norm. your the 4th person reporting it:apple: I'm asking all iPhone 6 plus owners to inspect their handset for the bend. it might be intentional who knows.. We'll soon know

It's the camera. The bottom cannot sit flat due to the camera sticking out. Case adds thickness to the phone....passed the camera.

Not if you carefully lay it flat on the display. That's how I could see mine is slightly bent out of the box

Damn, you are correct....It's the camera. I feel like an idiot (hides in a corner)

Here comes the iphone 6 bend-gate

I have read that the Galaxy Note 3 don't have any bend issues, could some one confirm this.

I have read 2 people that have iphone 6 with bend issues.

Samsung phones are made of plastic. If they bend a little, they will snap right back.

Aluminum will go back to regular shape if only bent a very SLIGHT amount. Anything past this point and it will stay bent. That's just how it works.

People need to be more careful with an aluminum phone versus plastic. The iPhone is a higher quality premium device, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's any stronger than the competition... and in this case it means you need to take better care of it to prevent damage.

This is not a 'thing' that's Apple's fault. It just is what it is.

Turns out it was the camera ring lol...why not at least take two seconds to investigate before making this thread?

My 6 Plus is fine. Y'all sure you aren't forgetting that the camera sticks out?

Lay it on its face, if it still seems bent, then you have a problem.

Actually in one of the videos posted online during the WWDC i recall seeing one of the units there with a slight bend as well. I thought it was camera distortion..i cannot which video it was i need to look for it

The 6+ wasn't around back at WWDC.

Okay so ops bend isn't actually a bend but that other guy that said he had his in his pocket is definitely a legit bend.

you know the display is slightly curved , right?

good check back folks, thanks:D

Only curved on the sides, wouldn't effect the phone lying flat on the screen and wouldn't result in a bend.
