Iphone 6 not powering on - IC Chip

Hi.. great formun, been a long time reader first time poster.. looking for a good company to have an ic chip replaced on an iphone 6. Phone will not power on and have had the same problwms with the iphone 5 so had it checked out by my local guy and he also thinks its the charging chip.. So...could someone recommend a website or company to replace it..im based in Ireland but willing to ship to have it fixed.. thanks in advance. Gary

I would not think there are many companies who could work at the level required to replace something on an iPhone's circuit board. Let us know how it works out. Seems to me it would be cheaper to go to the Apple Store and do a replacement and move on.
