iPhone 6 + OneDrive photo sync problem

So I have Office 365 which gives me unlimited storage on OneDrive, which works well overall, but I am running into a strange issues with time stamps when uploading photos to the cloud.

If I take a photo right now, and then I go online and take a look at it, it will show that it was taken 7 hours ago.. its really annoying. My first guess was that its was a time zone issue, but I check both my iPhone and my Microsoft account and they are both on PST so..

I dunno.. has anyone else here ran into this before ?

I have two more devices auto uploading to the same cloud based camera roll and they are both fine.. its just my iPhone 6
