iPhone 6 photo folders no longer show up in Windows Explorer?

Is anyone else having this problem? The iPhone still shows up under My Computer, but when I go into it the photo folders no longer show up. You used to be able to just copy photos out of there like it was external storage.

Odd - I'm still able to do that with no problem.
