iPhone 6 plus and what's app

Hello when I want to send a image / photo in what's app there is a lag of about 5 seconds

I do have about 10000 photos but also have the 128gb does any notice this lag too?

Whatsapp isn't exactly optimized for 6/6+ yet. Seems Mark is updating his Facebook and messenger apps first
