I've had my iPhone since November and everything has been fine with the camera until just recently I was taking a photo and there is a 2 dark spots that appear in the photo every time. I've included a couple pictures to show what I'm seeing. I've made sure the lens is clear which it is, restarted the phone and all the basics. I'm pretty sure its hardware related. Has anyone had this issue before? I'm thinking going to an Apple store and see what they tell me. Just wondering if anyone had experience with this issue before.

If it's the same spot every time you take a picture shot its most likely debris under the lens. Same happened to my 5s. Apple swapped it no questions asked as it is interfering with the picture quality and it's something a user can't fix.
