My old iPhone 6 Plus started having a camera wobble issue about 2-3 weeks before I replaced it with a 7 Plus and gifted the 6 Plus to my wife. It's a 2 year old phone, obviously, and it's not in very good condition (headphone jack damaged from drop, slightly bent), what do you think would happen if I went to the Apple Store? I doubt they'd replace it due to it being so old and having such physical wear, but I have heard of them replacing models with that specific camera defect.

Talking about this btw -- https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6615233?tstart=0

Do you guys think there's any chance they'll fix it for a low cost? I see 59$ as the cost for the camera repair in that thread.

Interesting. My phone is eligible for this.

Take it in, they'll likely authorize a swap. Did with mine that was a lemon from bending and the touch panel being strange (in addition to the camera).
