... on paper it does. Specs wise it does. But that doesn't mean squat when visually to the actual eyes.

Take android phones for example... they have been killing the spec game for years now, but but guess what? In real world use, it doesn't stack with the iPhone.

It's all about screen real restate. Those pixels ppi's are all smokes and mirrors.

I disagree. I found the nexus 5, with 445 ppi, to appear significantly sharper than my 326 ppi iPhone 5S. The difference is not night and day, but noticeable, and my eyes like the sharper text for easier focusing.

Bro, until the 6 releases, the 5S has the best visuals in the market. This guy is blinded by the specs.

I think you need to invest in some glasses. Your eyesight appears to be going bad. Or you simply haven't seen a quality screen yet. I suggest you look at a G3 or Note 4 when you find some time.

You guys have to admit the Nexus 5's screen is sharper than that of the iPhone 5s. It's really easy to tell.

Color reproduction is another thing.

This thread sounds like someone who's trying to justify their iPhone 6 purchase.

Please tell me more, like how the battery isn't "really" better on the Plus.

Sorry, it's true. I agree, the iPhone has the coolest graphics, but it is a relatively low resolution screen compared to the competition and it is visible on comparison.

It's got more pixels... but at some point that becomes unncessary.

The smaller 6 has better contrast ratio.

I know, bro.

But chances are you will be tonight. And it'll probably be the 6.

Don't need to justify and try to make others feel bad by going with the superior phone.

Cool thread.

But all other things equal the higher res screen is going to look better. The Plus has an objectively better screen, that's just a fact. That's cool if you prefer a smaller screen, but that's subjective.

And you're blinded by Apple fanboyism.

He's clearly trying to justify the 4.7 by downplaying ways that the Plus is inarguably better in.

Unless I'm wearing glasses, I can see the pixels on my iPhone 5. So theoretically that will be improved with the 6+ but not changed at all on the 6.
