Iphone 6 plus getting hot without effect on battery

Hello. Just bought a new iphone 6 plus. I have been feeling that it gets hot while using. I mean a bit uncomfortable hot. But the battery life is really good. Should i be worried?? I have all the options turned off that use battery in background, gps & so on

Give it a few days and see if the problem persists. The phone could simply be doing some setting up of its own in the background.
