iPhone 6 Plus Is More Popular

iPhone 6 Plus has already started slipping to 7-10 days but iPhone 6 still delivers by 9/19.

I guess people really wanted a way bigger iPhone! Myself included.

This. I think this is probably similar to what happened with Gold 5s. Apple didn't anticipate such high demand.

People are easily lured to get the "latest and greatest" from Apple. Phablets were a niche and unwieldy for most people before Apple made one. Now it's a must-have because it's being slyly marketed as the superior model.
