Someone, please help me out! My newly bought iPhone 6 plus is having an issue with the microphone. The sound is unbelievably low. I have removed the plastic wrap but still it's not working. The sound in voice memo is too low(comparatively higher than calls). Is it a hardware base issue? Since I have bought it from the non-authorized retailer, I am so much tensed. Because most likely he would not take any responsibility. And we don't have any apple store here. I saw another discussion, where there was an issue with the hardware and Apple replaced the phone. Please, someone, help me!
