iPhone 6 Plus on ATT Unlimited VS 30gb

I will update my phone to an iPhone 6 Plus. I currently own an iPhone 4s.

Recently ATT lunched a promotion to upgrade its shared data plan to 30gb per month. I have the unlimited and after 3gb I get my data throttled.

Shall I update (change) my data plan from the unlimited to the 30gb family shared data plan?

P.S.
My wife only does web browsing and some pandora mostly at home with wifi.

I only have 1 line, 450 minutes, unlimited text & data and pay $82. I have a 21% discount

Both of us just quit the phone data usage after the throttling starts, it is annoying. I did say 4gb on both phones. Im pretty sure that with more bandwidth and speed (LTE) we might use more, I am not sure if we are going to hit the big 30s.

I use aprox 100gb per month on my wifi.

It has to be 2 or more because the plan its called Shared Family Plans. They said I'll pay $160 plus taxes for 2 lines.
