As far as RAM, Both iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus have 1GB of RAM. As far as the A8 processor goes, no one knows. Some say Dual-core 64 Bit 1.4Ghz, some say Quad-core 2.7 Ghz. Until iFixit or someone else perform a teardown. Battery, The iPhone 6 comes with a 1,810 mAh, iPhone 6 plus packs a unknown mAh.

The 6 looked to be just a very slight bump while the 6+ slightly more significant.
