iPhone 6 plus s online order and in store reservation UK?

In a rush to order the new phone I managed to get what I wanted in the online store. I then saw I could reserve in my local store for collection on launch day so I did. I then needed to change the time but couldn't cancel so booked another time.

In my app I can see my order but no reservations although I have 2 emails confirming the times. Will all of these still be valid and if so is there a way to cancel the online order? This is UK specific.
