Iphone 6 plus water indicators, 1 or 2 ????

I just bought a secondhand iphone 6 plus and just looked inside it to make sure everything is ok. Does anyone know if it should have one or two water indicator stickers?. I know the iphone 6 has one on the top end of motherboard and one under the sim card tray. This iphone 6 plus only has one on the top end of motherboard. Is it meant to have one under the sim card tray or not? If it is meant to, then i'm wandering has it been removed. Hope someone can help me this. Many thanks,Gary.
