I am getting very inconsistent wifi speed results when comparing wifi speeds on my MacBook Air (2012,wireless N only) and my iPhone 6 Plus. They are both connected to the same router on the same wifi network. It is a new Airport Extreme with AC wireless. I consistently get >120 mbps down on my macbook. On my iPhone i have gotten as high has 150mbps down once or twice. But now I am consistently getting only 20-30mbps down. This has been the case consistently for the past week.

What is the problem??

Why is there such a disparity between the computer and the iPhone. They are location the same distance from the router and again, are on the same network.
