Since its all aluminium now, will overheating be an issue? Too hot to hold? Plus living in a tropical country (Singapore), the heat can get pretty intense.

No. It's been all aluminum (which dissipates heat better than glass anyway) since the 5. This has a larger dissipation surface, and the A8 actually runs a bit cooler than the A7.
