I hardly have 10GB of data, photos and apps.
but my iPhone 6 Plus says Memory full and when I check in storage, it only shows 12GB or 15GB.

But when I connected to iTunes I see this.

What to do ?

Are you having a problem? It sounds like the phone itself is reporting the data accurately. If this is just iTunes and it's not effecting your use of just leave it. Likely some small bug that is causing iTunes to show you storage not representative of reality.

The phone says full.
iTunes also says full.
Now I have taken a backup and trying to restore and update with latest 9.2.1.

But I dont see the download status bar anywhere.
Did the new iTunes dont have the download screen ?

It's been ages since I did that so I couldn't say. Sorry. :(

Have you tried deleting texts? I've seen texts take up many gigs. Admittedly not quite what you're reporting.

iCloud 5GB remaining.

I don't remember when the down load status bar went away but I've been reporting it as a bug since. In it's place there is a spinning wheel at top right.

No spinning wheels too.
Dont understand, whey they remove important features.

I wasn't referring to iCloud but rather that actual page that shows how much data apps are using. Here is an example of mine. You will have to click "manage storage".

Do you by chance use Whatsapp? And recently updated it? Judging by this thread(see link below) it's causing some issues and taking up massive storage amounts. The thread also has other links to Apple support forums and Reddit who have the same issue and it's Whatsapp related.
