My iphone 6 randomly wakes up (screen turns on). It's really freaky when it happens in the middle of the night. Is there something wrong with it?

A couple of days ago I noticed my 6 turning on Siri on its own just sitting on the nightstand. It's happned a couple of times. Weird. It must be iOS 8.

My IP6+ never woke up randomly, but I have had prior models do this. I think it may be notifications. I've largely turned off most if not all notifications.

Maybe you have a ghost in your home that's whispering "hey, Siri" to your phone.

To the OP, is there anything on the screen when that happens? Other possible cause is a loose/frayed connection in your USB cable.
