Hey All!

My little sister recently had a logic board failure on her iP6. My mom sent it to a friend for repair and it came back a little wonky. It was back up and running but could not connect to the cell tower. It constantly read “no service” unless it was connected to wifi and then would work on tmo wifi. A few weeks later a big black vertical bar appeared on the right side of the screen with lots of little vertical lines as well. Still responsive to touch though. I took her in and upgraded her to a 7+ but kept the 6 as I’m relatively handy and would like to try and repair it. I popped it open last night and the guy didn’t even replace the bottom screws by the lightning port. . I checked the screen connector and surrounding connectors to make sure they weren’t loose but it didn’t improve the display. Any ideas? Should I send it off to recycling or keep trying?
