How do you get it to stop flashing an old web page every time you start safari?

It's not like it happened to pick an embarrassing page I once visited. A celebrity gossip page that had a picture of Miley Cyrus riding a giant blow up penis in one of her concerts. Doesn't make me look like a perv at all.
