Hi folks! Thanks for clicking.

I just replaced the battery on this via Apple and I dropped my 6 yesterday and it's a total smash job...In the 8-ish years I've had the iPhone I've never done this.

Can anyone recommend a way to get a replacement screen where I DIY it (I'm pretty handy)? I'm guessing these screens won't be too pricey anymore given it's like 4-5 generations old now! Thanks!

It depends what you’re willing to spend, Ifixit only offers a display/digitizer for $65.00 as a package, keep in mind, you need various tools as well, such as a Pentalobe screwdriver for the chassis screws, which is another $9.00, which puts you at $75.00. Also, be careful around the flex cables, if you damage those, the display will experience all kinds of issues with ‘Ghost touching’ and more.

If I were you, I would revert to YouTube to watch tutorials, because it does have some areas that really need attention to.
