So on monday my phone fell off my leg and shattered when it fell on the ground. A friend of mine said that Apple told them that they wouldn't be able to swap the screen out because the frame is not in perfect condition? The thing is mine only has scrapes no dents, so I'm not understanding why they would say this. If anyone has had their screen replaced with a scrapped iPhone 6 frame, please tell me. I just find this hard to believe.
