Iphone 6 slow to load Instagram and Twitter pictures?

I never notice this up until like 2 weeks ago...my 6 loads instagram and twitter photos/videos very slowly. Some vine videos won't even load from twitter. Pictures from instagram take 5-6 seconds per photo when scrolling...have 3 out of 5 bars...

Has latest software ect..not sure problem

SHould also mention that when connected to wifi..it's fine and normal...just on ATT it has seem to have gotten worse...i may try a complete restore and back up from icould....not sure if that will help however

[doublepost=1455940854][/doublepost]I have the same problem with my Iphone 6 plus, when connected to WiFi, twitter and Instagram works fine but when i used mobile data twitter/Instagram picture/videos wont load. But placing my sim card on android phone and used mobile data twitter and Instagram is working smoothly any advised? please help.
