Iphone 6 Sound problem.

Hi not sure if anyone can help me but here goes...


All of a sudden I am not getting any sound for messages/whatsapp/voicemail/phone calls.

Also whenever I get a phone call it never rings just goes to voicemail.
I have made sure my phone isn't on silent or have any sounds turned off.


Speakers is working fine when playing music.

Any ideas.

If you go into settings and Sounds, if you change your ringtone or text tone can you hear them play?

Try restarting your phone the normal way. If that doesn't work, try a hard reset by holding the power and hpme buttons together for about 10 seconds or more until the phone shuts down completely (no swiping). If that still doesn't fix it, you might want to back up and restore.

Also. make sure you cycle the silent switch a few times to make sure the setting isn't stuck or something.
