iPhone 6+ stopped importing HiRez Files?

My iPhone 6s stopped importing HiRez files. The Albums are 96/24 AIFF from HD Tracks. i have successfully have imported them to my iPhone before and was able to import them to my old iPod. Some setting must have changed on my iPhone that os preventing them to import. I have ~40gb of room to spare. Thanks
