Today while I was playing with my phone I found a strange stutter. On the iPhone 6 if you rotate the screen to landscape on the springboard and then open calculator app or the contact app while always on portrait you'll be able to see a major drop frame near the end of the animation . Try to kill the app and do it again it will always stutter . Is this only affecting me ?

What does "rotate the screen to landscape on the springboard" mean? And how do you "then open calculator app or the contacts app while always on portrait" (if you are already in landscape before that)?
